So my boyfriend I started out on this journey to start eating right and working out. I am so happy and proud to say that we are doing extremely well. We have consistently worked out 5 out of the 7 days a week for almost a month and a half now and eating right with a few little exceptions. The awesome part about this is I have not had any ice cream, chocolate, pizza, or anything too unhealthy for me in this time period. We also switched from drinking regular energy drinks to strictly sugar free. I know its only been a short amount of time but we have no intention of stopping, once you start seeing the little changes and envisioning your goal there is no stopping the want for more results. I am not where I want to be yet, but it takes time and I am looking forward to doing this and achieving my goals!
